1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Fryxaringhorux. Our workshop is at Unit 9, Meadowhall Commerce Park, Sheffield S9 2QJ, United Kingdom. You can reach us via the Contact page. These Terms of Use apply when you use our website or place an order with us.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or ordering our handcrafted tool belts and aprons, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Return Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.
3. Use of Our Products
Our canvas and leather gear are designed for gardening and light organisational use. They are not intended for professional construction or heavy machinery. We describe our products as accurately as we can; natural materials may show slight variations in colour or texture.
4. Orders, Price and Payment
Prices are as shown on the site at the time you place your order. We will confirm your order and any delivery details by email. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of order. You are responsible for providing correct contact and delivery details.
5. Your Right to Cancel (Distance Sales)
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have the right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You must inform us of your decision within that period (e.g. via the Contact page). If you cancel, you must return the goods in accordance with our Return Policy. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of you providing evidence of having sent them back.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, designs, product descriptions) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data arising from your use of the site or our products.
8. Governing Law and Complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; we will try to resolve it. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform if applicable.
