1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You must tell us that you wish to cancel within that 14-day period (e.g. by contacting us via the Contact page). You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back to us.

2. Condition of Returned Goods

Goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them: unused, with no soil, damage or wear beyond trying the item on indoors. Labels and packaging should be intact where possible. We may deduct an amount if the goods have been damaged or used beyond what is necessary to check their condition.

3. Custom or Bespoke Items

Items made to your specific order (e.g. customised pockets or dimensions) may be exempt from the right to cancel where they are clearly personalised. We will inform you before you order if that applies. If there is a defect in craftsmanship, you still have your statutory rights (see below).

4. How to Return

Contact us via the Contact page to tell us you wish to return an item. We will confirm the return and give you our address (Sheffield workshop) and any instructions. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we have agreed otherwise or the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service.

5. Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of either receiving the goods back or receiving proof that you have sent them back (whichever is earlier). We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you have agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received and inspected the goods.

6. Faulty Goods and Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may have the right to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us via the Contact page for any such claim.
